The Air Force was running multiple war games on the morning of 9/11 simulating hijackings over the continental United States that included (at least) one “live-fly” exercise as well as simulations that placed “false blips” on FAA radar screens.
These war games eerily mirrored the real events of 9/11 to the point of the Air Force running drills involving hijacked aircraft as the 9/11 plot actually unfolded – the war games & terror drills played a critical role in ensuring no Air Force fighter jocks – who had trained their entire lives for this moment – would be able to prevent the attacks from succeeding. Gee, you would think the government would prosecute the slime ball. Freemasons do not, in practice, prosecute each other by oath. The queen of England is the #1 freemason. Cui bonoi? The question whether the orders still stood would not make sense unless they were orders to do something unexpected—not to shoot the aircraft down.

Perhaps the key mastermind of 9/11, Dick Cheney himself, has repeated the same talking point lies as Mueller: that 9/11 would have been prevented, had the US been a total surveillance state on his watch..

I agree with the case against Cheney. However, I think Ruppert should note that the chain of command actually runs from the prez to Secrretary of Defense, not the VP. After that is the individual comnands. The VP is nowhere in the chain officially. Since Rumsfeld apparently could not be found for awhile or was out doing photo ops carrying stretchers, either Rummy is also complicit for abandoning his post under fire, when it should have been him in the PEOC directing the air defenses. If Rumsfeld was available and attempting to fulfill his command duties but being interfered with by Cheney, Rumsfeld would have been within his authority to have Cheney arrested. Look up US chain of comand.
W Bush had subverted the normal chain of command for their 9/11 war games and drills authorizing Cheney “to work on the dark side if you will”. Cheney gave a stand-down order to U.S. air defense on 9/11.

Chain of command? Please! If you take ORDERS then you are acting UNCONSCIOUSLY.
You cannot be GOOD and unconscious simultaneously.

Thanks to Norman Mineta’s testimony we now know that the “50 miles out” was meant to describe the stand down before the Pentagon was hit even though the 9/11 Commission purposely changed the timeline in order to make it seem that there was not enough time to intercept the incoming Boeing 757. Fact is the area around washington and the Pentagon is the most heavily defended in the country. The only way a plane can get through that airspace is if it is ALLOWED to. This fallacy depends on the ignorance of the people to not ask these questions and search for the truth.
