The war games & terror drills played a critical role in ensuring no Air Force fighter jocks – who had trained their entire lives for this moment – would be able to prevent the attacks from succeeding – these exercises were under Dick Cheney’s management.

There is no evidence that the “fighter jocks” you mention would have found airliners heading for the WTC, Pentagon, etc, even if they had got aloft.
There is not one iota of credible evidence that aircraft were in any way involved.
Planes do not bring down buildings of this sort. At most, a nasty fire for a few hours.
Very litle rubble survived from these events; the conclusion therefore has to be, as all the photographic evidence reveals, that atomic dissociation of these buildings occurred; thus most of them went skywards, not earthwards. You can see this dissociation occurring even as the various pieces of the TTs start to descend. Very few if any of these pieces reach the ground, they are “dustified” en route.
“Where Did The Towers Go?” is the question that needs to be answered.
