Do you know what temperature self-cleaning ovens reach? The self-cleaning cycle runs for several hours at 900 degrees Fahrenheit or 482 degrees Celsius. Does your self-cleaning oven melt at 482 degrees Celsius? No it doesn’t. Does the very thin, one-eighth-inch steel soften and your oven collapse? No it doesn’t – according to tests performed by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) only 2% of the WTC steel tested by NIST reached temperatures as high as 250 degrees Celsius.

NIST originally suggested that WTC 7 was brought down by structural damage combined with a raging fire fed by diesel fuel. However in its Final Report (of November 2008) NIST declared that neither diesel fuel nor structural damage played a role in this building’s collapse and that this building which was not struck by a plane was brought down by fire alone. If fire were to cause such a building to collapse the onset would be gradual whereas the videos show that WTC 7 after being completely stable suddenly came down in virtual free fall. This building’s straight-down symmetrical collapse with the roofline remaining essentially horizontal shows that all 82 of WTC 7’s support columns had been eliminated by the time the top started down.

The three towers did not fall in a manner conducive to an office fire, plane crash, or terrorist attack. All three towers came down exactly like perfectly timed control demolitions – the two Twin Towers in approximately 9 seconds each and Building 7 in 6.5 seconds.
