New audio is just now coming out from a Bill Clinton speech just hours before the terrorist strikes on 9/11. According to New York Times “ just hours before the first plane hit the World Trade Center — the former President reportedly told a group of Australian businessman that he had the chance to kill the murderous terrorist, but passed on it because of likely civilian casualties.”
