This was because of the I hour daylight saving in place in UK which was not taken into account.
Are you off your meds?…… Jane Standley from BBC was announcing it live on BBC TV and building #7 was standing in the live feed behind her. Google Jane “Standley BBC” and watch any of the 173,000 results that come up…
Thats why f- wit. they told her to make the announcement at a certain time forgetting the UK was an hour ahead because of daylight saving. you should stay away from anything to do with intelligence, like reading.
