Affordable housing applications available for 100 Van Ness studios, 1 & 2 bedrooms
Studio, 1 Bd and 2 Bd “Below Market Rate” Rental Units available February 2015 at 100 Van Ness, San Francisco, California 94102 as follows:

Studio – $ 899; 1-Bd – $1022; 2-Bd – $1139
Prices listed above do not include parking. Parking rent is an additional $100.00 per month. Spaces are limited and will be selected by final lottery rank (12 total).

Must be non-property owners and income eligible. Households must earn no more than the maximum income levels below:

1 person – $37,350; 2 persons – $42,750; 3 persons – $48,050; 4 persons – $53,400;5 persons-$57,650
