School lets out for vacation soon, and teens are invited to join the Performing Arts Connection: Spring Break for Teens!
Held from Monday, March 27th-Friday, March 31st this program is a collaboration between San Francisco Opera, San Francisco Ballet, A.C.T., Youth Speaks, and Citizen Film in partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs. Lots of exciting opportunities to work with local artists and meet teens from diverse communities.

- About: Fill your Spring Break with music, poetry, dance, theater and digital media storytelling! Discover and explore new art forms, hone current skills and inspire fresh creativity with diverse teen communities from all over the Bay Area. Teens will work with artists from SF Opera, SF Ballet, A.C.T., Youth Speaks and Citizen Film in partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco to craft original works and produce a showcase for their families and the community. Find your crew – join the Performing Arts Connection today!
- Dates: Monday–Friday, March 27th-31st, 2017 from 10am-4pm daily; plus free Community Showcase on Friday, March 31st at 6pm
- Location: Wilsey Center for Opera, 4th floor of the War Memorial Veterans Building, 401 Van Ness Ave, San Francisco, CA 94102
- Application: Available at sfopera.com/pac.
- Cost: $10 application fee; tuition is $0-$200. Scholarships available, no teen turned away for lack of funds.
