Poisoning The Poor, Rural Americans, African Americans, Native Americans and the Undocumented! – The Federal Government (HUD, NFPA, CSPC, HHS, IHS, MHI) is Gassing America by Poisoning Millions (the most disadvantaged) in Manufactured and Mobile Home “Madness”, even “Murder” – and has done for 36 years”! Now the question is: — How? — and Why?

The US Government Accountability Office did investigate, validate and filed their report based upon our disclosure. The CDC also. Yet after 6 yrs since my first HUD and Congressional notice and testimonies, and even with the GAO (and CDC) reports finished and filed with all of Congress, Senate, and Executive Branch (all Agencies, White House included) over 2 years ago, still nothing is being done! So it appaers that the remedy is up to us, the caring common people, friends of the victims, and the victims themselves!
17 to 34 million individuals and families in the United States including those in Tribal Communities, even some laboring in Government Agencies (eg Forestry etc), Military and Industrial field operations (eg oil drilling, mining etc) who are housed for living or laboring in Manufactured and Mobile home type units which were manufactured and soled after June 15, 1976 to date are at risk of subtle to serious poisonings from their units own combudtion heating exhaust fumes (sewer gases and more)!
That is because on that date Congress was convinced to make HUD, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, the designs management, production control and regulatory standards setting authority for the entire US based Manufactured and Mobile Home production industries. HUD then created their own safety codes, and forced them upon all manufacturers nationally.
So from that date, and still today, all Manufactured and Mobile home units are mandated to have a ventilation system designed in contradiction to all other Government and None-Government health and safety code establishing agencies such as OSHA, NIOSH, ICC, IRC, ASHRAE, GAMA, AGA, etc.
Yet, for no apparent or logical reason, HUD chose to violate those other agencies’ codes which have set minimum separation standards for toxic exhausts bring posistioned at no closer than 10 or 12 feet to nay interior air intake or opening, and instead HUD ordered all manufacturers to 
position their (HUD’s uniquely designed, furnace blower fan powered) “Blend Air” breathing air intake system, with its roof-top intake mounted intake positioned only 3 feet away from the very same operating Furnace’s exhaust outlet with which that “Blend Air” Intake system functions. With this only 3 foot separation, in the Nation’s ~12 million or more units, as cold weather conditions determine, the heating exhaust fumes containing lethal Carbon Monoxide, Formaldehyde, Oxides of Nitrogen and the other
natural combustion toxins, are being easily drafted right back inside and mixed into the interior air for the occupants to breath, and with time to suffer subtle to serious asphyxiation exposures! — This initiates (deliberatly) millions of cases of unexplained illness, chronic disease, neurological damage, and in many events even enough poisoning to allow thousands of victims to die..
This Federal violation of ventilation code, effected upon primarily the 
economically disadvantaged, has injured, handicapped and killed thousands if not millions — but those injuries and deaths have been misdiagnosed, manipulated, covered-up, suppressed and unpublished for 36 years. The real question now is how did this ever happen, who conceived it, who facilitated it, who conceiled it, and the most disturbing question of all: Why?
