For once, the ‘blame game’ isn’t working. The problem appears to be endemic to our system of growing and “protecting” our food from participating in the general Biosphere, not one or two evil corporations. Plants and humans, insects, bacteria and fungi all evolved at the same time over the last few million years in one biomass. ‘You Are What You Eat’ and the food we eat should fit together with our cellular structures at mitochondrial levels like a glove.
