(Before It's News)

A Food Forest is the ideal garden – it is self-sustaining and works anywhere in the world, usually with seven layers of plant life. All nutrients in ‘weeds’ are returned to the soil and all insect life is compatible with various methods of pollination.

It needs no human intervention after ‘start up’ and, if the correct amount of food is taken out, its balance remains, as in this case, up to 2000 years!
