297 Scientists, Experts Sign Statement: GMOs Not Proven Safe

The statement was drawn up by the European Network of Scientists for Social and Environmental Responsibility. It was released on October 21, 2013.
Since then, 297 scientists and experts have signed it.
Thus exploding the myth that “the science is settled.” Exploding the claim that a consensus about GMOs has been reached.
You can read the statement and the signatories at ensser.org. This is important because these are scientists saying this which holds a lot of ‘street cred’ in the academic world. I know someone in particular who I’d like his opinion about this. This is a plus, this is good news.
This is crazy! Next they will be saying that the science on global warming and evolution isn’t settled. We all know the franken corn/bacteria is perfectly safe. We all know that there is nothing wrong with eating plants that produce their own pesticides internally. We all know that plants that can be and are doused in heavy amounts of agent orange are safe to eat. What a bunch of crazies these so called scientist must be.

Monsatan will be the death of us all and I can’t believe that Bill Gates is still one of the most respected [so says the MSM] men in the US.

Gardening bloggers in Belize Central America have started calling Monsanto “Monsatan” . I knew about this new term last year. Still, it works, doesn’t it?
Where did they find so many scientists that cared more about the truth than they did about their jobs and the health and well-being of their families?
I know you are being facetious but here’s what a lot of people don’t get about science…
There are a few whores out there but most scientists have to back up their findings with proof and then defend their findings to their colleagues.

Remember the old ad, “DDT is good for you and me”? How did that work out? I’m not eating anything that produces its own pesticide and is herbacide resistent. Since they won’t label it, I now grow my own veggies and herbs from heirloom seeds. If you have to buy your veggies and fruits, go for the organic version and check the label. “Organic” has a wide range of specs. GMO-Awareness facebook page has handy lists and definitions of Organic, Natural etc.

GMO’s = Poison. If you do the investigation over the last decade you would not eat any GMO’s. They must be banned from our food supply, and discontinued before they destroy the soil, and create a disastrous shortage of safe food.
