An early morning earthquake registering at a 6.1 magnitude rocked Argentina with no reports of damages or injuries.
The earthquake struck some 342 miles below the Earth’s surface some 69 miles away from the city of Santiago del Estero.
It is believe the depth of the quake is why there were no reports of damage or injuries.
Santiago del Estero is located in the northern region of the country and is the country’s twelfth largest city.
