Schultz praises Kathleen Falk as Public Intervenor?

At an afternoon press availability wherein he dismissed the latest compromise mining legislation, Republican State Senator Dale Schultz said it is essential that changes in Wisconsin environmental law be done in a similar way as it was 20 years ago. He praised the old Public Intervenor position and specifically praised the work of Kathleen Falk in that role as 'thoughtful, smart.'
