What if you had to make a business trip overseas tomorrow only to find out that, even though the IRS does not issue your passport, the IRS has revoked your passport?  This is a possible reality if Senate Bill 1813 passes through Congress.

SB 1813 is titled, Transportation Research and Innovative Technology Act of 2012.  But, just like the NDAA, this bill has become a Trojan horse for an assault on the constitutionally protected rights of the people of this nation. Inserted deep within this bill, in section 40304, is a provision that gives the IRS the power to revoke your passport for a “seriously delinquent tax debt in an amount in excess of $50,000.” There appears to be no requirement for a judgment by a court; no conviction for fraud or evasion is required, only a “certification by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue”.  This is a violation of your right to due process. There is also no provision for Congressional review or approval, therefore this removal of your passport is facilitated by an unelected official who is completely immune from political control of the people.  This is a prime example of Legislation without representation.  Sure the Senate and House must pass it, but after that the people’s representation is completely removed and a regulatory agency becomes the dictator of the common born rights of Americans.

What does the IRS have to do with your passport?  How can non-payment of taxes be the impetus to remove your proof of citizenship or your right to freely travel?   Doesn’t the removal of your passport practically affect the status of your citizenship?  Are we now forced to believe that common rights of Americans, inherited from our Creator and the blood of our forefathers, are bought by our taxes?  If this is true, we have been truly removed from the character of freemen to the state of tributary slaves.

  • Yup. We’re slaves. The civil war freed the slaves and made everyone a slave.

  • The gas chambers will come soon…

  • Obama’s driven the debt to 45000£$ per person so another 5000$ and he can take everybody’s passport.
The only way is to refuse his spending, and sentence him for high treason for not having any valid identification.
Once he’s sentenced his signature to all laws will be annulled and by our halting all his spending, that will put the debt clock back to where it was before he got in; so the debt-per-person will be way down again, closer to 20000$ and we can keep driving that down afterwards by no spending.

  • This is the new standard created by the banks. Laws against the people, for the banks. This is just the beginning. Its not just here in this country. The international bankers are going to do this world wide. They are collapsing the world economies in preparation for seriously unpleasant times.

We need to inform people. We need to get people focused on the right enemy. The international banks are causing all of this. Even out of the people that are aware that something is seriously wrong, half of them are still focused on either the republican or democrat parties instead of the true enemy. The central bankers.

Here is some good info on the central bankers

Propaganda is a form of communication that is aimed at influencing the attitude of a community toward some cause or position. Propaganda is usually repeated and dispersed over a wide variety of media in order to create the desired result in audience attitudes.
As opposed to impartially providing information, propaganda, in its most basic sense, presents information primarily to influence an audience. Propaganda often presents facts selectively (thus possibly lying by omission) to encourage a particular synthesis, or uses loaded messages to produce an emotional rather than rational response to the information presented. The desired result is a change of the attitude toward the subject in the target audience to further a political agenda. Propaganda can be used as a form of political warfare.
While the term propaganda has acquired a strongly negative connotation by association with its most manipulative and jingoistic examples, propaganda in its original sense was neutral, and could refer to uses that were generally benign or innocuous, such as public health recommendations, signs encouraging citizens to participate in a census or election, or messages encouraging persons to report crimes to the police, among others.

  • What is wrong with these MF’s? Jesus, God, leave us the f*** alone, already.

Defining propaganda has always been a problem. The main difficulties have involved differentiating propaganda from other types of persuasion, and avoiding an “if they do it then that’s propaganda, while if we do it then that’s information and education” biased approach. Garth Jowett and Victoria O’Donnell have provided a concise, workable definition of the term: “Propaganda is the deliberate, systematic attempt to shape perceptions, manipulate cognitions, and direct behavior to achieve a response that furthers the desired intent of the propagandist.”[2] More comprehensive is the description by Richard Alan Nelson: “Propaganda is neutrally defined as a systematic form of purposeful persuasion that attempts to influence the emotions, attitudes, opinions, and actions of specified target audiences for ideological, political or commercial purposes through the controlled transmission of one-sided messages (which may or may not be factual) via mass and direct media channels. A propaganda organization employs propagandists who engage in propagandism—the applied creation and distribution of such forms of persuasion.”[3]

Because lawbreakers are potential flight-risks. I cannot speak to the due process aspect of passport impounding. The article would be better if it told us the standard process and how this law circumvents that. Without that information, the article is overblown and unpersuasive.
