Concord joins Keene’s armored jackbooted thug brigade. Two nearby CA cities have just rejected similar armored vehicles. Given the CA budget issues the $ spent on maintenance of this beast could do a lot of good elsewhere.
Further police militarization: Now the Concord Police Department SWAT team has its very own own armored vehicle.
