(Before It's News)

A friend of mine posted this question on a different website. With his permission, I have included his question, along with these details he revealed to me outside of the post: It happened at 6 July 2012 at approximately 1750 hours (5:50PM)PT, at the DMV on Alma street in San Jose, CA. The alleged cop was approx. 5’5″, older Hispanic male with a mustache. He was wearing civilian clothes during this incident. -Bryanne

The other day my car died (at the DMV of all places). Wasn’t even sure what the issue was. It wouldn’t start & the starter wasn’t clicking.

Called up AAA & had a bro come out to take a look at it. After running some tests, he determined it was just the battery. Great news! But about this point in time, some older douche bag walks over & flashes a badge at the truck driver. Guy claims he is a cop & that you’re not authorized to work on cars in parking lots? (Hey fuck-tard, the thing’s not starting.. so go fuck yourself, idiot).

Anyways, we let him run his mouth and just sorta sat there like “yeah.. whatever.” He left finally.. about 5 minutes later he is buzzing around again asking the driver “did you hear what I said?” The tow-truck driver at this point was getting pretty mad. He said he’s been doing the job for 10 years and never once encountered somebody like that.

Me being pissed off as well that this guy was such an idiot, I asked to see his badge & take a closer look at it because I would be lodging a complaint against him if was really a cop. He refused to show the badge or let us take a closer look at it. Refused to give a name too. I would have loved to beat this guys’ face in, but there was that small percent chance he wasn’t full of shit & really was a cop. Still though, if we had left him in a puddle of his own blood, who woulda known? Good news is the driver got my car up & running and installed with a brand new battery.. Even though some idiot flashing a probably fake badge was hassling us the whole time.

Anways. Do you think this guy was a cop?
