Former US Marine Institutionalized By FBI For Anti Gov’t Facebook Comments

On the 16th of August 2012 at approx 7:30p, former U.S. Marine Brandon J. Raub was arrested and detained at John Randolph Psychiatric Hospital allegedly for posting anti-government comments on his Facebook.  His mother stated in an interview on the Josh Tolley Show that the FBI informed her that Raub’s Facebook comments were “terroristic” in nature.

As of this posting , which is past his  72 hour “Involuntary Commitment Order”, Brandon is still  being held without any charges.

Update: 8/19/2012 6:26 pm

Brandon J. Raub its still being held at the John Randolph Medical Center, family and others are staged outside in protest, calling for his release.  as of 2:17 pm EDT the FBI has declined comment to the media.
