Full Article : The Pete Santilli Show
Nevada U.S. Senatorial Candidate David Lory Vanderbeek gives another impactful interview with Pete Santilli following the release a report on KTBC a Fox News affiliate in Austin Texas in which Mr. Vanderbeek was said to be “inciting violence against police officers:. David Vanderbeek recently released a YouTube video in support of Antonio Buehler who was arrested himself for filming the arrest of a Austin man who had been beating his girlfriend. The Austin Police asked Mr. Buehler to stop filming and then arrested him because the alleged criminal said Buehler was harassing him. ” At the 7:19 mark of the following video, after the police officer was unsuccessful controlling Antonio Buehler in public, despite Mr. Buehler standing at a safe distance which allowed him to document the arrest, the police officer asks the alleged criminal, “…is he harassing you?…”. The prisoner, who was arrested for beating his girlfriend then replies, “…yes he is sir!…”, and then the police officer immediately uses the alleged criminal’s complaint of harassment to justify arresting Buehler.
At the 47 second mark of the following video, KTBC – FOX 7 News edited out the audio which indicated that the police officer coerced and/or suggested to the handcuffed prisoner that Buehler was harassing him. Once the detainee stated “yes he is…..he’s harassing me….”, the police officer then proceeded to arrest Buehler once the manipulative scheme was complete. Essentially, the police had no grounds to arrest Buehler until the police officer concocted a justifiable reason. Pete Santilli, Host of The Pete Santilli Show commented, “…for all we know, the alleged criminal could have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol —-it’s pretty obvious he didn’t have his senses, as Buehler was recording the arrest for his own protection—- and the police exploited the opportunity in order to finally control Buehler. Police across the country know how to fabricate reasons to justify their brutality, and this is subtle, yet very impactful proof that they know how to cover up their tyrannical behavior.” It’s an incident that attracted the support of David Lory Vanderbeek, a candidate for the US Senate in the State of Nevada. Vanderbeek is a member of the National Constitution Party. In a YouTube video, he encourages citizens to carry cameras and to arm themselves against police who have demonstrated time & time again that their lessor priority is to protect and serve. “We now live in a Police State, and our police only protect those who comply with their tyranny and submit to their forceful commands. If you tick them off for any reason, they go from Barney Fife mode to KGB Gestapo tactics. If you haven’t committed a crime and you refuse to obediently comply with their unlawful commands, the Police will either fabricate a reason to arrest you, or provoke a scenario —-it’s a testosterone induced control issue.” says Senatorial Candidate Vanderbeek. As with the “Yellow-Journalism-Styled” editing of their video report, KTBC – FOX 7 News craftily sensationalized Mr. Vanderbeek’s remarks in order to fit their agenda:
“It’s not good enough to have a camera anymore, you need to be able to defend yourself from police,” said Vanderbeek
The next quote by their servant master of the Police State Wayne Vincent, of the Austin Police Association, according to the report, had this to say:
“He’s provoking police officers, he’s inciting violence against police officers, its become a very dangerous thing. If you’re filming the police and trying to find them doing something wrong, you don’t do it by getting up in their face of the police officers and let them know you’re filming.”
During the interview with Pete Santilli, Candidate Vanderbeek gives a very stern reply to Wayne Vincent:
“ We justify going to war in foreign countries to protect and free them from tyranny, oppression and dictatorship while here in America people are being arrested for having cameras and in some cases being brutally beaten by the very police that are supposed to protect them. If it’s okay for the government to demand our compliance and control our every move, then why isn’t okay to watch theirs?” If you take away our most powerful and peaceful weapons — our cameras — our last peaceful weapons against tyrannical aggression, then how do you expect we should protect ourselves? I am not advocating violence against police officers. I am simply saying you have the right under the 2nd amendment of the U.S. Constitution to protect yourself from police officers that are violent.”
Pete Santilli concludes, “I am an investigative journalist who is very aware of how Corporate America, Government and Law Enforcement all conspire to keep the average American down on its knees with fraud, deceit and conversion to suit their controlling interests. With the internet and digital cameras, it’s easy to expose their trickery; which is why the police throw temper tantrums when peaceful citizens like Antonio Buehler have the power of potentially capturing evidence of their unlawful conduct during arrest. Police need to understand that under the constitution, they do not have exclusive power & control over all humans, especially if their actions are unconstitutional. The 2nd amendment to the Constitution was put in place to keep their tyrannical tendencies in check. If the A.P.A. doesn’t want violence against their police officers, then they better stop provoking our citizens with brutality, tyranny, and fraudulent conduct which ultimately takes away our Constitutionally protected rights. If the U.S. Government wants peace and doesn’t want us to exercise our 2nd Amendment rights, then I strongly suggest they stop ignoring the U.S. Constitution. There will never be a negotiation or compromise in this regard, and I think it pisses them all off more than a hot-headed cop trying to control a citizen like Antonio Buehler.” Santilli also states, “U.S. Senator John McCain will do everything to convince taxpayers to spend billions on armament and munitions to kill so-called foreign enemies; assist foreign rebels who battle tyranny, oppression and dictatorship, and he will say anything to convince the American public that the human expense is worth it for the cause of freedom — he actually sites the law & the U.S. Constitution as justification for taking such action. U.S. Senatorial Candidate David Vanderbeek also wants the American public to have the same enthusiasm towards eradicating tyranny, oppression, and dictatorship perpetrated by our domestic enemies. The primary differences between the two individuals; as I see it; are very clear. David Vanderbeek would never commit treason to arm Syrian Rebels (known to be Al Qaeda) in the name of freedom, and at the expense of American souls. Unlike John McCain, who supports the N.D.A.A., David Vanderbeek knows who the real domestic enemies are and he’s not afraid to expose them to the American public. Most importantly, Mr. Vanderbeek knows that our 2nd Amendment has allowed our population to defend themselves so that our nation never has to call upon a foreign nation to “arm our rebels”.
The media knows this concept, the police fear this concept, and the government understands that the 2nd amendment is the biggest obstacle to fully implementing tyranny. The only people who should consider David’s remarks about our 2nd amendment rights threatening or dangerous, are those people who are determined to disobey their oath to the supreme law of our land — the U.S. Constitution. John McCain is a treasonous, domestic enemy, and candidates like David Vanderbeek are courageous enough to expose Senators such as John McCain & police officers for obeying only the portions of their oath of office which suit their personal interests & wealth. If our sworn officials continue to disobey their oath to the U.S. Constitution, then I fully support everything that Mr. Vanderbeek suggests about the 2nd amendment in totality; of course not the manipulative snippet taken out of context by Fox News.”
As is very evident by the fraud, trickery, deceit and manipulation exposed in this article, it is now more apparent that the video camera is the most powerful weapon of our free people — we should protect this peaceful weapon at all costs. Our readers and listeners are encouraged to arm themselves to the hilt in preparation for our defense against all enemies, especially the domestic ones who will never win in their efforts to strip us of our God given rights. We believe that anyone who thinks that’s “dangerous” or “inciting violence” are the most dangerous & violent opposition to preserving our freedom — they are on the wrong side of the U.S. Constitution, and are no different than John McCain’s foreign enemies.
