La Mesa RV Center’s Growth Plans Spurring Hiring Demands
San Diego, California – La Mesa RV is rapidly gearing up for the winter RVing season with immediate plans to hire over 140 full-time employees across its stores in California, Florida and Arizona. Positions are currently available for service advisors, RV service technicians, parts and sales.
Jim Walters, President of La Mesa RV commented, “we’ve seen an upturn in our business. Our goal is to provide each of our customers with an extraordinary sales and service experience and to achieve that goal, we must find additional employees to fill a variety of positions. In addition, we have some expansion plans underway and we need to fill positions so that those employees can be fully trained prior to new stores opening.”
Currently the company has stores located in San Diego, Davis and Dublin, California; Mesa, Tucson, Avondale, Yuma and Quartzsite, Arizona; Albuquerque, New Mexico plus Sanford and West Palm Beach, Florida. Walters further stated that “our stores are strategically placed in markets that may be seasonal but this allows us to move inventory and personnel to the market that is the most active.”
