A woman simply identified as the “Plain Jane Bandit” has struck again.
The lady robber reportedly has stolen an undisclosed amount of money from at least seven targets, the latest being a Bank of America branch in Downey, California, which she robbed Monday afternoon.
At each robbery, the bandit uses written and verbal demands to get money from the tellers. After getting her loot, she reportedly gets into a waiting vehicle.
Though no suspects have been named, the robber is described as being a Hispanic woman between 35 and 45 years old. She stands at about 5’6 and is believed to weight between 160 and 180 pounds. She may also have a scar under her right eye and a tattoo on her right shoulder area.
Authorities, including local law enforcement and the FBI, have asked anyone with any information regarding the “Plain Jane Bandit” to call their local authorities.
Her first robbery is believed to have occurred on July 12, and she impressively robbed four Los Angeles-area banks within just 24 hours.
