Re: Recent court case of Ademo Freeman

Gentle People:

Recently Ademo Freeman (formerly Adam Mueller), the Founder of CopBlock, had been sentenced on August 13 by Judge King of Hearts (formerly Judge Kenneth Brown) for three felony counts of wiretapping for recording a telephone conversation without the prior consent of one of the parties.

Ademo was ordered to spend 12-months in the so-called “House of Corrections” with 9-months suspended. He then will be under “good behavior” for the next five-years, which, if violated, means strangers with guns will force him into a cage at state prison in Concord for two one-to-three-year stints.

With “good time” we have been told Ademo will be released on Oct. 11th. Without “good time” that date becomes Nov. 10th. Ademo is now serving time in prison even though the case will be on appeal by September 13 with the New Hampshire Supreme Court, One Charles Doe Drive, Concord, NH 03301.

Ademo has been caged for the felony wiretapping since Aug. 13th. He has been caged though since July 11th. Initially he was to sit July 11 – August 17 for “resisting arrest” by going limp outside Manchester PD last summer. He appealed that decision to go in front of a jury but was never given his day in court due to an accidental or purposeful bureaucratic error. However the punishment is too lenient. The Queen of Hearts demanded decapitation.

There are two interesting features to this case:

Prosecutor White Rabbit (formerly Michael Valentine) argued that the law must be upheld or society will crumble (unless the crime is committed by the police or an organ of the government, which have immunity). Actually in many cases the law is not upheld due to dismissals in the interest of justice, plea bargains, physical or mental condition of the accused, or age or previous behavior (such as a large election campaign contribution to the judge) of the accused. In fact the primary purpose of a judicial system is not to uphold the law, but to see that justice is done. God’s commandment to the judges is “Justice, Justice thou shall pursue” (Deuteronomy 16:20).

In conformance with Alice in Wonderland law, the punishment is being invoked before the case is finally decided by the appeals court. Presumably if the appeal is successful, Ademo’s life on this earth will be extended by the court to compensate for the time served.

Obviously Judge King of Hearts is not thoroughly familiar with Alice in Wonderland (published 1865 by Charles Lutwidge Dodgson under the pseudonym of Lewis Carroll). He needs further study. Other books of interest are the Constitutions of the United States and New Hampshire. These are fictional works with peculiar, but interesting, legal suggestions.

Yours in freedom and justice,

Julian Heicklen

For more with Heicklen, one of the most visible advocates of jury nullification, check out the video below, which shows just how far some will go to censor others when ideas shared threaten their claimed legitimacy. That’s what government actors have done and will continue to do, and why outlets like Cop Block exist, to bypass them completely so that good people can connect and work together.
