Biden drunk during speech?

I don’t know, but there were lots of hints.
Lots of fluff-ups and mis-speaks.
Maybe.
Maybe not.
He sure milked the Osama kill.
He must have gone after that three times at least. Bragging about killing an unarmed old man in Pakistan, a guy who was once one of our proteges. Osama bin Laden was doing God’s work, our work, in Afghanistan back in the ’80′s.
Anyway, he hit a lot of the right notes.
