About This Crime
On Wednesday, September 19, 2012, at approximately 5:30 pm, a juvenile was approached by a male Hispanic in the 3500 block of W. 27th St. The offender asked the victim if he could talk to her and followed her into a nearby alley where he grabbed the victim by the arm and attempted to pull her toward a garage. The victim struggled free and ran to safety.
About The Offender
•Male Hispanic
•30-35 years of age
•5’05 – 5’07”, 130-150 lbs
•Olive complexion with a mustache
•Wearing a black hooded sweatshirt
•Dirty appearance

•Call 911 to report and suspicious persons, vehicles or activity in your neighborhood.
