(Before It's News)

AZ’s senior senator continues his remarkable “No Fault” sermonizing against his own record

So much for those thoughtful “moderates” who make up the Muslim Brotherhood in the Mideast. Andrew McCarthy warned us months ago about the folly of John McCain’s and Sancho Panza’s–er–Lindsey Graham’s futile and dangerous infatuation with the new rulers of Egypt.

Yesterday, we learned just what a dangerous McMess they’ve helped to encourage. An attack on the American Embassy in Cairo…the burning of the American Flag…and the Stars and Stripes replaced by a black standard reading “There is no God but Allah, and Muhammad is his Messenger.”

No doubt today McMoralizer will take to the Senate floor, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing. He will rage about the killing of Chris Stevens the American Ambassador to Libya and three other consulate staffers, by a vicious mob irate over a Western film depicting Muhammad. McCain may even call for military intervention there, while blissfully maintaining his myopia concerning the continued invasion of illegals –”God’s Children,” he calls them — from Mexico into the nation he’s sworn to protect, and the state he’s supposed to represent.

While we not so fondly remember his tough border talk in the 2010 campaign, we do marvel at the “fence” he’s erected to separate his rhetoric and actions from the consequences that follow.

Just yesterday, on the 11th Anniversary of 9/11, KFYI’s Barry Young was lauding Sen. McCain’s full throated protest of defense cuts — ignoring the fact that both Arizona senators voted for the ill-advised “compromise” that insured these massive cuts to our national defense would take place. Seeing Red AZ has often noted the Grand Canyon-esque gulf between McTwoSteps’ rhetoric in front of TV cameras and his actual votes in the United States Senate.

The next thing you know, McAmnesty will be feted at a banquet by those who opposed the shameful and scandalous “Fast and Furious” program of Mexican gun-running, ignoring the Arizona senators’ votes to confirm the probable “perps” in the whole sordid affair — Attorney General Eric Holder and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano.

Wait a minute –  such an event is already scheduled –  next week in Tucson!
