 Beginning in 1986, Peter Baxter worked at Oppenheimer, Lehman Brothers and Dean Witter Reynolds developing institutional sales teams with European banks. Mr. Baxter initiated and oversaw all of Lehman’s institutional sales with European banks, including clearing thousands of trades for hundreds of European bank clients.
In 1996 he turned to the corporate finance side as an investment banker, where as Director of Corporate Finance of Atlanta based BD, The Malachi Group he brokered or syndicated numerous PIPE offerings. In 2001 he formed Baxter Capital Advisors Inc. to brand his capital markets advisory services. He has since guided many US private companies public through organic listings on the OTC exchanges and in 2004 began assisting Canadian issuers with their US exchange listings which is today his exclusive domain.
