Topeka, KS (KTKA/CNN) – President Obama will be on the November ballot in Kansas after a complaint challenging his “natural born citizenship” was withdrawn.
The state’s Board of Objections ended its review of the case Monday.
Emotions exploded as Obama supporters met a woman who says the president is a fraud.
Kansas Board of Objections members allowed California attorney Orly Taitz to speak during the meeting, but refused to consider her objection.
After the meeting police took control over a loud and unruly confrontation in the hallway.
Meanwhile, Secretary of State Kris Kobach confirmed President Obama will be on the Kansas ballot.
“The birth certificate on record with the state of Hawaii matches the birth certificate that is on the White House website. So I have no doubt,” said Kobach.
As arguments continued outside, all parties made sure their voices were heard.
An attorney claimed the man who withdrew his challenge did so after receiving multiple threats and fought for another review.
The Kansas secretary of state says many people complained that the board shouldn’t have heard the objection in the first place.
