The following video was taken October 20th 2012 in the rural community of Mt. Vernon, IL.
A Department of Homeland Security Mobile Command Unit was setup at a small fall festival carnival. I’m guessing they were there to protect the population of 15,000 from IEFC’s? (Improvised Exploding Funnel Cakes) You know how terrorist love to hide explosives in carnival food!
