NYPD Beats Man For Sleeping Where He Had Permission To (VIDEO)
In a center run by Rabbi Moshe Feiglin the director of ALIYA, a man who had full permission to be at the center was beaten senseless, and senselessly. NYPD officers from the 71st Precinct in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, NY entered the private premises. Police woke the sleeping person and attempted to place him under arrest. When the man “resisted” the illegal arrest one officer assumed a boxing stance and proceeded to pummel him non-stop.
Fortunately the area was under video surveillance by ALIYA who has now released the video, and held a press conference calling for the removal of the officers involved. There is no indication if the removal request includes the 12 officers ultimately used in the illegal assault.
