Anything and everything anytime
Turntables in a suitcase. This was basically what these machines from the 1960′s and early 1970′s were. I contend that the idea behind this concept was the kids in the home could bring the music machine into their bedrooms and listen to their preferred tunes. Or teenagers could bring the record players down into the rec room and have a shindig. Blasting the Monkees, Beatles, Petula Clark, Richie Valens or The Ventures, all that cool way out music from the sixties.
A person could also bring the machine on trips, just like regular luggage. Play some Frank Sinatra in the hotel room. While visiting the elderly aunt in Tuscaloosa the portable player would keep the kids occupied in the back room. Lets take a look at a few.
