Whole Foods Market produced this video to show how they assist their employees to become healthier by changing their diets. However, as you may have heard, Whole Foods has recently (September 2012) been exposed as a major trader in genetically modified food, which is cleverly disguised as “whole food”, with a matching and expensive price tag Presumably these WF employees were told what was safe to eat from their range of products, and what was to be avoided….

In 2007, diabetes was either the cause of, or a contributing factor in, over 230,00 deaths in the U.S.

Over 11% of the U.S. adult population has diabetes. Around two million cases are diagnosed each year.

The rate of type 2 diabetes in children has increased dramatically since 1990, and is related to childhood obesity.

Diabetes is a major cause of heart attack and stroke.

This can be changed.
