Linked to Obama, moderator Martha Raddatz not exactly unbiased
Topic: Foreign and domestic policy
Time: 6:00 p.m. AZ Time (9:00 ET)
Location: Centre College in Danville, Kentucky
Sponsor: Commission on Presidential Debates
Participants: Vice Presidential contenders: Congressman Paul Ryan and V.P.Joe Biden
Moderator: Martha Raddatz* — ABC News Chief Foreign Correspondent
Format: The discussion of foreign and domestic policy will be divided into nine time segments approximately 10 minutes in length.
The moderator will ask an opening question, after which each candidate will have two minutes to respond. The moderator will use the balance of the time in the segment for a discussion of the question.
The two men are a study in contrasts. By the time Paul Ryan, now 42, was born in 1970, Joe Biden — nearly 70 — had graduated from college and law school, married, become a father, and entered politics. When Paul Ryan cast his first presidential ballot in 1988, the gaffe-prone Bidenhad voted in six presidential elections, run for president once, and was in his third six-year term as a U.S. senator.
TV Channels Broadcasting Live: ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS, CNN, Fox News and MSNBC.

*Moderator Martha Raddatz has become nearly as much a topic of conversation as Congressman Paul Ryan and V.P.Joe Biden. The Daily Caller reportsBarack Obama was a guest at the 1991 wedding of vice presidential debate moderator Martha Raddatz.
Obama later appointed Raddatz’ husband — Julius “Jay” Genachowski — to head the Federal Communications Commission. He and Obama were Harvard Law School classmates and members of the Harvard Law Review. The couple divorced in 1997. They have both since remarried to other people. More here.
