Oregon

The US Geological Survey, (usgs.gov), whose new slogan appropriately reads, ‘Science for a Changing World’, reports another medium strength earthquake centered off the coast of Oregon in the Pacific Ocean. The 4.2 magnitude tremor, centered 254 miles west of Depoe Bay, Oregon,  was slightly stronger than the 3.9 magnitude quake centered off the coast of Southern California on October 28th, 2012, and comes just one day after a destructive 7.4 magnitude earthquake rocked the Central American Country of Guatemala.
