A male was found on fire near the bridge in the gated Villa Bonita. Law enforcement officials revealed that the victim had gunshot wounds in different parts of the body.
Locals alerted authorities that a person was on fire.
It was not possible to identify the victim because the investigating police did not locate identification.
Homicide Detectives located the victim on his back with outstretched hands next to three .38 super caps.
