Mayor Bloomberg announced that up to 143,000 New Yorkers will likely have new voting locations during this election because of lasting effects of hurricane Sandy. Mayor Bloomberg says over the next few days the city will be communicating with the board of elections to make sure all people hear of the changes to their voting location.
