1 Your image shows the Hubble Space Telescope, not the International Space Station.
2 The ISS and Hubble have never been close together.
3 Ergo, the photo cannot have been taken from the ISS, either.
4 Most likely the photo is from a smallish, limited focus camera situated on board one of the space shuttles that launched, or later serviced, HST. Probably a comparatively low-resolution camera in the shuttle’s cargo bay, or maybe on the manipulator arm.
5 The ‘UFO’ appears to be an out of focus shot of the Andromeda Galaxy.
