I find myself so stressed and scattered all over the place, my body aches, muscles in neck and shoulder feel like they will tear.. and all impacts on my balance and mood…
I am enjoying more meditations and stopping when i get confused and lose balance.. ahh!! to feel whole and one again within myself, such a rare and exquisite experience these days… I encourage people to stop and close their eyes, just come back to what is in that moment. How is my posture, how is my body copying, how is my breath, is my heart racing? where are my legs? where is Mother Earth? Where are my thought? what are my emotions up to?
Wishing everybody strength.
We have another storm, my cat Indy is going mad.. i would say Ha.a.r.p is up to something in UK.. or else just incredibly unbalancing energies, even affecting machines!!
