Finding other important information on the police department website was difficult. This shows “the state’s” intent to keep its controllers’ identities hidden. They might develop a conscience and quit one day if everyone knew who they were. This is why being video recorded bothers them so. If you were beating strangers with sticks, electrocuting them, shooting them, etc., wouldn’t you want it to remain a secret?

Who owns this property? Not the “legal” owner. If so, there would be no ticket. This makes no sense to the untrained eye. Why would a “peace officer” aggress against someone over a child having to relieve himself? The answer: See him as a controller of humans versus someone who we’re told is there to protect and serve. “Parking at the end of the street.” This is done to remind the slaves that you’re being watched. Proof to this point. 1. A inhabitant of said property isn’t allowed to use it as they see fit. Rules exist to prohibit this and violations to those rules are met with swift penalties. 2. A person with many forms of lethal force at his immediate disposal perches nearby so the masters will can be imposed.
