Maybe this is what Mike and SaLuSa are referencing? I know there are some ..(Ill put it this way. ) God gives you both good and bad.He shows you what you dont want or shouldnt be like so you can learn to avoid it. Life isnt all happy cheery. Theres always hope. The LOVE and LIGHT are there. Supposed to learn something.

But I suppose you meant theory or based on fact, hey we have recorded unknowns, large unknowns around the sun by NASA…ships blinking(it looks like morse from down here) in various areas..and more and more I see, a very very large group of help from above.
More and more that join this or that site, the more help I see. But you get handed some real DUZZIES and handbaskets full of muck long long before you get the goodies. People back home should know that one well. TOO WELL. Our freedom came at nearly being wiped out.
I may not know HOW or Y I am here. But I can say Commander Ashtar speaks the truth. And I miss that TREK-like existance. Whatever is HERE is TOO BIG to pass up.
I think SANDY should be a strong enough reminder of this. There will be other storms. ITS WINTER..NEW YORK? you kidding me? Snow at least up to your knees. REPEATEDLY. ITs already averaging the 30s.
Where are we going to pack up and go to if not taken above? RAPTURE? NO, (I think, to touch on this before I go for now…)RESCUED is more like it. A moving shelter for some…home for others, transport for those going afar once more. This planet will be re-inhabited. It will be rebuilt.

UNEXPECTED JOY!
One of the ladies here wrote a poem just for me! It's called “SPARKLES”. I won't type it all here but it is absolutely wonderful. She is a published author and a terrific artist, and the poem was at my place at the dinner table when I came down to the dining room.
AND – one of the people at our table of four had bought four copies of her book, one for each of us!!!!
This was totally unexpected, one of the terrific cosmic surprises that seem to be happening more and more.

Portugal’s Met Office (IM) kept the Algarve on ‘Orange Alert’ for most of Saturday, (17 November) after a freak tornado, which gained mass strength out at sea, ripped through the counties of Lagoa and Silves on Friday.
Thirteen people from Lagoa were injured during yesterday’s unprecedented storm, three of whom seriously, and the cost of the damage caused by the bad weather is still being calculated.
The tornado’s ramifications reached far across the Algarve and clean-up operations were ongoing for most of the weekend in several counties.

That is exactly what you are doing energetically at his time. Rather than spend time worrying about what is going on then, enjoy your pause, lighten your load, or take stock of yourselves.

As the days flow by so quickly now, each of you is being assisted on every level of your Being to assimilate the new frequencies as quickly and with as much grace and ease as is possible. Many of you are experiencing a recurring of old repetitive cycles of thought and feeling that you thought you had successfully overcome and we say that what is most important to remember is to recognize these cycles and immediately switch your thought to something that brings a smile and perhaps laughter to your Soul, as feelings of joy within can bring about an amazing change in One’s outlook on life and can help overcome and dissipate these recurring patterns.

So much has changed in so little “time” for me, that I find it impossible to parse the experiences as I used to. I had been taking energetic snapshots from times of great clarity, mined from depths, to be sure, that many prefer to avoid, and many more wish to remain unspoken, the voyages to the darkness, the shadows, fears and doubts aplenty, these are places we do not, usually, allow ourselves admit to others, and sometimes, we refuse to admit these things to ourselves, these big bug-a-boos, these big blots we think we have on our souls or on our characters, til finally, one day, it's just all too much, and seems to make perfect sense to maybe cut yourself some slack, start appreciating yourself just a little bit, maybe try exploring your own story just a little bit further.
And so it begins.
And there I went. Actually, it's where I dwelled, purposefully and stubbornly, probably far longer than was entirely necessary, but this staying with the dark, with the one pole of limitation and disbelief and fear, I did finally GET the lessons, and they will not scatter.
I have spent the last few days in a haze of goodwill, of recognition.

[Hello dear friends. Today, I saw again how careful we have to be with our thoughts because it seems that some of the more intense ones may have a kind of tangible impact to our environment. Let me tell you what happened to me on a specific past date of this year and also, what I experienced today.
On October 20th 2012, something happened at that night and I allowed it to make me feel angry. I was feeling anger constantly with much intense for some minutes. At 10:37 am I imagined myself breaking a glass into pieces and RIGHT at that time I heard a crash…the waitress in front of me fell down and broke the glasses. Later, while I was walking, I recalled the incident that made me angry and at that time 2 cars were ready to crash on each other but fortunately this didn’t happen and the drivers reacted on each other. The time that this happened was 12:20 pm.
Today, I sat at a cafeteria. Some seconds later, I thought of something that made me stressful. I allowed the feeling to affect me and my reaction to it was an inner but very strong 'no'. Instantly, while I was feeling myself reacting, the glass that the waiter in front of me was carrying on his disk, fell and his clothes got wet. At least it wasn't something serious or harmful.

Feeling lonely, shut out, outcast or feeling hurt.

I should have known when I woke up yesterday seeing the 23rd circled on November’s calendars month, the readings themselves would all be centered around that time… but noooooo. Sometimes I swear, I can miss some really big cue’s from the universe!! Even when they threw me a hint that I actually dismissed as I was writing yesterday morning. As I was sharing about the 23rd, inside I kept asking the universe why is that so important for us to be aware of. Their response was, you’ll understand more thru the readings. I just assumed that was their way of not giving a complete answer…again!
Everyone I read for yesterday rolled out on that acceleration point of the 23rd. Of course, I forget we are out of time, ahead of the “current” timeline. So we are already emerged deep within this acceleration energy and what we are doing, and how we are co-mingling with it, gives way to the true energetic’s the rest of the world will experience as they move into that literal timeline.

You return to Earth again and again, living many, many lives. If you wish to amplify the natural energetic flow this week you'll want to emphasize your partnership with Life. There are currently vast numbers of galactic and heavenly guardians blessing us. They are helping to hold open the portals to true-ness of Self so that we can plug into them effortlessly. It's advisable to take this week and intentionally reconcile the places where you depart from the Spirit of you so that your connection to the open portals can be magnetized and become anchored in your field. Today's energy carries us into new mental territory. There is a nebulous quality that makes it hard for us to distinguish reality from illusion, so we will need some time to process this and see where it pans out. However, this aspect also gives us the ability to create something real from our imaginations. So the poweer of visualization is strong and can be utilized for co-creation. Something special is also happening today – prayers for assistance and guidance are being answered. Mars is approaching conjunction with Pluto (exact conjunction on November 28) and this is bringing feelings of disconnection, bombardment or being under attack. In many cases, actual attacks are occurring, not just the feeling of being under attack. It's pressing a lot of fear into the collective. It can be a difficult experience for sensitive people. If you are experiencing this, remember that prayers for assistance are being answered.

There are many layers to the awakening and healing process – from the Earthy to 7th level awakening. Yes. I know there are those who claim 9th and 12th dimensional beings contacting them and 45 strands of DNA but we won’t go there. If you make it to the 5th dimension it is Christ Consciousness where man/woman know themselves to be God and God knows itself to be man/woman. 7th is God Consciousness fully immersed in Creator. Let’s just get there first before setting higher goals.
In order to break through the veils one must break through the ignorance and take a long hard look at what is suppressing awakening. The suppression has many levels with many people knowingly and unknowingly participating in it. On the physical level there are psychotropic drugs, chemicals and additives in food like aspartame, fluoride, along with as many as 600 to almost 800 carcinogenic and toxic chemicals and heavy metals. GMO foods as well as heavily processed foods also have an effect. When you are running on low octane fuel it is hard to take off. One of the great suppressors is the chemtrails. Yes. They are real and not contrails containing a plethora of heavy metals and chemicals.

To think that after preparing yourselves over some years in readiness for Ascension, that time is virtually upon you. Suddenly what you have dreamt of has approached near enough for you to get a feel of what it is like to experience the higher energies. Once experienced it is never forgotten as it is an ecstatic feeling of utter joy and happiness, peace and contentment. Imagine being in that state of bliss as normal from one day to another, and free of the lower emotions. It is your true way of living and why those of you who are ready will move out of duality. Some of you have always felt that something was missing from your lives, and now you have found out what it is.
We realise that these changes are creeping up on people that still have no idea what is coming. They may still suddenly awaken as the energies are causing a stirring within, and a new level of consciousness. The question is whether they are able to throw off the lower energies, that will otherwise impede their progress. For some the transition is asking too much because they have become reliant upon them in their everyday life. It is not easy to convey the advantages gained by lifting yourselves up, and yet they will always be remembered. Words are sometimes inadequate to describe life when it is based upon the harmony and balance that the higher energies bring to you. It is all bound together by what you call “love” which permeates the whole Universe, and in essence it is all there is.
