By Neil Foster – Sovereign Independent UK –
When it comes to any serious debate on what has been termed ‘the rights of the child’, I think we all agree that all children have a right to be protected from harm from whatever source such harm may manifest itself.
Paedophilia, which is torture, is the penultimate harm followed by murder.
We all must know by now that there are no ‘rights of the child’ when it comes to those in positions of power and influence, within the higher echelons of the so called ‘establishment’, who clearly seek to abuse and murder our children at their leisure.
Jimmy Savile is but a very small peak on a very large iceberg which if it were to be fully exposed in the mainstream media would bring the whole establishment house of cards crashing to the ground. People would then clearly see why our countries across the world are in ruins, our societies completely dysfunctional and our children’s futures destroyed.
So what of our children today?
We’ve recently witnessed what I’m sure was a rigged ‘referendum’ in Ireland passing legislation to grant the elite establishment, through the power of the Irish government to own all Irish children, regardless of parentage. They’ve even been robbed of the choice to decide who will act in their best interests; so much for the child having their right to choose whom to listen to when it comes to parental advice and other issues which were once the sole concern of the biological mother and father or legal guardians.
So how will these new ‘rights’ which have been bestowed upon children, without their consent or understanding of the consequences of these ‘rights’, be implemented?
Let’s start from day one, or the moment they are born… That’s if, of course, the State doesn’t decide that in the best interests of the unborn child, it deems you to be unfit parents and thus orders a forced abortion upon the mother. An exaggeration? Really?
The State may also decide to allow you to give birth to the child but then snatch that child for ‘its own protection’ under the same spurious argument that the State deems you unfit parents to rear that child.
Prior to the ‘vote’ to instil these ‘rights’ into the Irish CONstitution parents, for want of a better word, truly ‘owned’ their children prior to registering the birth after which the State technically owned them anyway. The new legislation simply formalises what was already the case after the registration process and the issuance of the Birth Certificate; your receipt for the child, as an economic unit, you registered into indentured servitude to the international banking cartel.
There will be many ways in which this legislation will be enacted. I’m sure that it will start off with the usual scenario of taking children, in many cases rightly, from abusive parents or because they are living in a dangerous environment; drug taking, alcoholism etc. being the usual problems leading to neglect.
I’m sure none of us would object to children being taken from such situations as a protection measure so long as those tasked with the responsibility protect and assist such children towards a better life and future.
Unfortunately we all know this isn’t the way things work out in many cases with those children labelled ‘at risk’ simply being taken into care where abuse and exploitation continues through the institutions where these already in many cases traumatised children are sent.
Getting back to the day your child is born and who defines what an ‘unfit’ parent is.
It is absolutely clear that the State now has sole jurisdiction over Irish children which will of course allow the State to define what it deems are the necessary parental qualities and duties it expects from parents.
This gives the State a very broad scope for the abuse of such powers which it must be absolutely clear to most rational thinking people, the majority of those who voted ‘NO’ being in that camp, that they will abuse them.
Those reading this who are unfamiliar with such lines of thought should bear in mind that the Irish government has a track record of supporting ‘Yes’ votes in referendums over the past number of years only for the public to clearly see that they were propagandised into accepting changes to their CONstitution which have detrimentally impacted their lives almost from the moment the last ballot paper was counted.
Why should the ‘rights of the child’ ‘vote’ be any different?
It won’t be! This will be used to divide and conquer what’s left of the traditional family unit and lead to massive corruption with the trafficking of children into ‘foster homes’ and ‘adoption’ where paedophiles lurk and so called children’s charities rake in millions of tax payer’s money in the process in full knowledge of the cycle of abuse which will occur.
So how will the State get hold of your children?
There are many ways of snatching children from loving parents and any excuse will be used to do so.
Remember that through the ‘rights of the child’ legislation, the State is now the primary custodian or guardian of your children over and above anyone else including the natural parents. This makes the following examples more straightforward to comprehend and accept once parents understand that they are simply, as in the case of motor vehicles, simply the registered keepers of their children whom they must maintain, physically, mentally and sexually (we’ll cover this later) in the best condition possible so that they may fit in snugly to the predetermined societal slot engineered for their particular generation.
Example 1 –
The State already decides on the level of income required for people to sustain themselves in terms of food, shelter and clothing plus all taxes and utility payments. This is, as we all know, already vastly underestimated whereby people can barely survive on what the State decides is the minimum wage in the country. We also know that people cannot survive on such a minimum income and have to resort to other methods of sourcing income. This could be anything from selling their valuables to the corporate sharks who’ve engineered the poverty in the first place to working in the black market for a lot less than the minimum wage to supplement income. Neither of these options or others are conducive to creating a decent society which is now engaged in an involuntary, self-defeating, ‘each man for themselves’ race to the bottom in salary scales.
The day will come when someone from Social Services will demand a breakdown of your income to ascertain whether you have enough to afford to bring up a child or children in your household. This figure will, I’m sure, be inflated to ensure that you won’t reach the criteria set down as the minimum and you will be deemed too poor to care adequately for your child or children. At this point the State will take them from you because the child has the right to be brought up and cared for to a standard set down by the State.
Example 2 –
Vaccination policy in recent years in Ireland has been anything but transparent and for those who’ve done simply a bare minimum of research into the efficacy of such vaccines as the HPV or prior to that the ‘Swine Flu’ vaccine would know that there is ample evidence to show that neither of these drugs had any beneficial effect on their victims. Indeed, the opposite is clearly the case in many widely reported cases, some including cases of paralysis and death.
My own opinion and that of many others I know is that no vaccine is safe so why inject your child with such proven harmful drugs?
Well, if the State, with the tentacles of Big Pharma tightly wrapped around its politicians, decides that vaccination is mandatory, which they’re very close to doing, then if you don’t vaccinate your child you will be guilty of child abuse and your child will be taken into ‘care’ where as the evidence clearly shows in Ireland and the UK, a child is more likely to be abused than in any other avenue of care, including parental.
