The nominees for the 2013 Grammy Awards were announced on Wednesday, and for the fifth year, nominations for the annual Grammy Awards were announced on primetime television as part of “The Grammy Nominations Concert Live!! — Countdown To Music’s Biggest Night.”
The one-hour CBS entertainment special broadcast live for the first time ever from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville with hosts Taylor Swift and LLCoolJ.
Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys, Fun., Jay-Z, Mumford & Sons, Frank Ocean, and Kanye West head into the 2013 Grammys with six nominations each; he Black Keys, Chick Corea and Miguel earn five nominations each.
