not going to be a ‘spoil
sport.’
Eat, drink and be merry.
And when January rolls around,
make it a project to inform
yourself about how you are being
fundamentally lied to about the
food you eat.
There is no better thing you
can do to help yourself – and
help others too.
This is serious stuff and we
simply don’t have the luxury of
being ignorant about it any more.
