This means that 90% of the laws and agencies Congress has passed and created are unconstitutional. The latest Supreme Court decision on the Washington D.C. handgun ban was only 5 to 4 in our favor. That is way too close for comfort. A state sponsored militia would allow us to preempt any future Supreme Court decisions that might rule only well regulated militias have the right to keep and bear arms against a tyrannical government.
