It is called “economic hit men” if they do not take the money that will put them under the thumb, they will pay civilians to riot, then show on news world wide, then offer money again, if denied assassination or military action. easy to see the syrian rebels had to have money to start, then when war breaks out military receive large loans with high interest attached taht we are indebted to pay either way they profit… but they want the resources, all resources WORLD WIDE hints to World War
