Understanding a Republican Form of Government

The first step toward any solution, when something stops working, is to determine the root cause of the problem. It is an exercise in futility to add “this” or remove “that” if you do not understand the root cause. The tyrant delights in such futile efforts. People have been purposely misled, due to extensive and effective brainwashing, even by those considered to be patriotic, into always fighting against things, instead of fighting for a thing.

Whoever states that an un-a-lien-able (cannot have a lien placed upon) right, when all people are created equal, does not carry with it a duty is also stating that they are created above others or are a member of a specially created line of men. In other words, a right without a duty is for the tyrant and a duty without a right is for the slaves of the tyrant.

The solution to the tyranny has been right under your nose all along. Nothing new is required. People must understand rights and duties in a republic. The fact of the matter is that our republic is defined in our Declaration of Independence, in the second paragraph’s first three sentences. The five self-evident truths are our republic.

You are now strongly encouraged to carefully read these words; honestly seeking to understand the meaning they convey. Your stumbling block has been that “all” of the 5 self-evident truths must always remain true. If your understanding causes even one of the truths to be false, then your understanding is wrong and you must correct it.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. The word consent, as used here, is a thing, a noun, not an action, a verb.

CONSENT, n. [2]

We generally use this word in cases where power, rights, and claims are concerned. We give consent, when we yield that which we have a right to withhold; but we do not give consent to a mere opinion, or abstract proposition.

With the first three self-evident truths in place, we come to the wonderful fourth, which states that government derives its just powers from the consent of the governed. This fourth self-evident truth is absolutely lethal to any tyrant who would control the people for prestige or gain. It also serves as a good safeguard for those who the tyrant’s ambition would make into slaves.

Expressly stating “… deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed …” is just as correct as stating – “deriving their unjust powers without the consent of the governed”.

When someone enters an elected office, is appointed as an agent or employee, they still hold their unalienable rights, which carries their permanent non-transferable duties. The right is inseparable from the duty.

To state otherwise, would mean that the self-evident truths are false. In our republican form of government, if action is taken without the consent, the actor violates his permanent, non-transferrable duty. He implies that he was created with special rights or he is the agent of a line of men created above all others. He sets himself at war with the Constitution and the people.

 Should a person state that an officer, agent or employee is immune to a permanent, non-transferrable duty, he states that he is of a line of men specially created above all people; he, too, sets himself at war with the Constitution and the people.

“The consent” can only arise from an unalienable right while not in violation of a permanent and non-transferrable duty to another. Violating your duty is placing your right in jeopardy. An action without the consent can only arise in violation of a permanent, non-transferrable duty. People have been led astray on this very important point. Even if there is a “vote” that is without the consent – without a right, the result of such vote has no authority. It is at war with the constitution and the people. Just power is derived with the consent in our republic. Unjust power without the consent is illegal rule enforced by swarms of minions and toadies who serve the tyrant. There can be no validation of unjust law without despots violating their permanent non-transferrable duty.

The Declaration of Independence has been valid since July 4, 1776. The congress assembled had it engrossed one day later, General Washington had it distributed to his troops in the field, and also the many sovereign nations that have willingly traded with the United States of America since then. The Declaration of Independence is here to stay. Any officer, agent or employee declaring the Declaration of Independence to be obsolete, void, etc., is without the consent to do so; declaring that he is created above all others with special rights, in violation of his duty and is at war with the Constitution and the people.

For example let’s say that I borrow your property and then sell it behind your back without your consent. The person buying the property may have every right to do so. But I do not hold the right because I am violating my duty to you. So, the sale is void ab initio because it was without “the consent”. The consent requires two people who each hold the right. Otherwise the action is without the consent.

Spiritual “leaders” who encourage “law” that is without the consent of the governed, also preach that government was created above people. In Scripture, their action is called idolatry since the man made object of government is taught to hold greater authority than the people who created it. In plain words, these spiritual leaders teach that government is their god.

An incomplete list:

• Amending the death penalty out of the 1792 Coinage Mint Act is without the consent; the death penalty for debasing our currency remains intact.
• To declare or construe any man as property or “freed” property is without the consent.
• The 14th amendment is without the consent.
• A corporation as a person is without the consent.
• The Federal Reserve Act is without the consent.
• The legal definition of a “U.S. citizen” is without the consent.
• Administrative law and their courts are without the consent.
• Agenda 21 is without the consent.
• Patriot Act, NDAA is without the consent.
• Obama Care is without the consent.
• Dual citizenship is without the consent.
• The seat belt law is without the consent.

The solution is to return to our republic. Stop fighting against the democracy foisted upon us. Start fighting for our republic.
