Looks like under the new 2013th legislative session at the North Carolina General Assembly, a former state representative from the last session and was endorsed by Ron Paul, named Glen Bradley is forming a legislative caucus which the name is unknown at the time of this article. It isn’t determined how many state representatives will join this legislative caucus to fight for liberty in the state of North Carolina but it is expected that some of the reps that sponsored the bill in opposition to the NDAA will be included in this legislative caucus excluding the rep from the 91st district Bryan R. Holloway. The ones that sponsored Glen Bradley’s opposition to NDAA bill was Rep. Larry G. Pittman, Rep. Jeff Collins, Rep. Jonathan C. Jordan, and Rep. Bryan R. Holloway whom wanted to co-sponsor it due to the Nullify-NDAA Petition but was too late as the deadline for co-sponsoring a bill had passed.
Rep. Holloway even responded to a concerned facebook user on his facebook page that “ Yes, we will being working to protect the 2nd Amendment this session. I do apologize for not responding more quickly. I don’t check Facebook very often.” Ever since the school shooting at Sandy Hook elementary school, the authoritarians under the Federal Government are working like mad to restrict the 2nd Amendment and confiscate Americans guns nationwide. Once the guns are taken that is when political people will likely disappear or go to prison without even being charged.
Last year there had been a big battle for attempting nullification of the NDAA before the battle today over upholding our 2nd Amendment right to own and carry firearms. One past classic example was the former USWGO Alternative News founder Brian D. Hill that has likely been forced to shut down his website on (uswgo.com) without giving a official response as to why, stood up against the NDAA on April 9th 2012 at the Mayodan town council while town attorney and state senator Philip Edward Berger had attended but was not moved to take any action nor pledged to help Bradley in his fight against the NDAA. Then on May 15th over 200+ petition signatures were collected all over Rockingham County even from the local branch of businesses such as Edward Jones and even Charlies Soap factory then given to Sen. Berger for his verdict over the petition then faxed over to Rep. Bert Jones and Rep. Holloway.
Then of course a month later after a story been posted on Infowars that Phil Berger and Bert Jones had still not responded to the petition, forced one of them to give a personal response only by the Constituent liaison Sara Riggens gave Sen. Berger’s verdict on Nullify-NDAA only to Hill himself which was basically redirecting him to go to his federal congresspeople which makes his petition nothing more then a waste of time for seven giving to the president pro tempore. Mr. Hill had demanded that Riggens prepare a public written statement on Sen. Berger’s response to the petition or allow Hill to record the phone call but both requests were denied which led to a big argument until he hung the phone up on her in anger then written the article that Phil Berger betrayed his constituents. This whole ugly political battle kept escalating until Hill all of the sudden was forced to shut down his website in his battle against the traitor after he planned to confront Sen. Berger at the July 9th town council in Mayodan to which the police threatened and intimidated him for asking the senator why he took no action on the petition to put out on the public record. The Nullify-NDAA Petition are still on email record with Rep. Holloway, Rep. Bert Jones, and Sen. Berger. More have decided to battle the NDAA and gun control since the failure of USWGO’s Nullify-NDAA petition through the Patriot Coalition and the Intolerable Acts organizations, People Against the NDAA also known as PANDA, and other organizations that are looking to fight the NDAA. As for federal gun control and the fact that Congress has a 9% approval rating, more organizations and liberty minded people are demanding that states nullify federal gun control through the tenth amendment.
Another classic example is how Glen Bradley lost his bid for NC Senate because the main republican establishment has seen him as a big controversy because he cares too much for the Constitution and keeping his Oath of Office while the republican establishment is surrounding more around the anti-Constitution, pro corporatist, or more for compromise instead of making sure our rights are never infringed upon in the United States. His Opposition to the NDAA bill never even made it out of committee which is why Rep. Holloway couldn’t fulfill the request of the petition. It is a very sticky situation with no guarantee that Liberty will win in the state of North Carolina.
Then of course Rep. Holloway never managed to be able to vote on Bradley’s bill was due to the fact it died in committee without a vote. Even PANDA or Jeff Lewis or another liberty group attempted to have a resolution up for a vote in the North Carolina state republican convention but failed. Dan Johnson the founder of PANDA won’t give up and plans to work hard either this year or next year to get North Carolina to be another state to stand for nullification of the NDAA according to one of my sources. Dan has decided to battle Sen. Berger using his alternative media connections in the event where Berger decides to do whatever it takes to stop the NC house and patriot groups from passing a bill to nullify the NDAA law. Different pro-liberty groups are remaining vigilant and awaiting for the right time to awake the sleeping North Carolinian and begin the fight for civil liberties in the state. The NDAA that has become a big headache for free Americans is the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2012.
The reason we decided to reference the past with Phil Berger is that he now has untold influence in the NC Senate, has been appointed chairman of the 2013 Executive Committee for the Republican Legislative Campaign Committee, and very well looks like he may stand in the way against all patriots in the NC House which include Bryan Holloway, Rep. Larry G. Pittman, Rep. Jeff Collins, Rep. Jonathan C. Jordan, and will be a problem for Bradley’s legislative caucus. That is why Hill and others has recommended that the Infowars crew to invite Rep. Holloway to be a future guest for The Alex Jones Show to get many people in North Carolina to stand up and be energized against the NDAA and hopefully stand up to Sen. Berger’s influence if he begins creating a blockade in the future on Pro Liberty nullification bills as it is highly likely with his actions on the Nullify-NDAA and his actions against Hill, he will go all the way to protect the NDAA and federal gun ban laws which stand in the way of tenth amendment and other amendments in the Bill of Rights. Although now the Speaker of the house Thom Tillis has decided to sponsor and introduce a bill to amend to the North Carolina Constitution to add term limits to the position of President Pro Tempore and house Spaker which will hurt the power that Sen. Berger has acquired by his 2nd term of being the President Pro Tempore. Rep. Holloway has agreed to be a guest on Alex’s show under a few conditions that it meet by his schedule and that it be over the telephone as he is more busy this legislative session more then the last session due to some kind of budget meetings but more research hasn’t been done in that field as this article is just sticking to the topic. Rep. Holloway is in favor of the tenth amendment and will even fight against the gun bans to protect the 2nd Amendment. Gun control is what tyrants always use in foreign countries before a Democide level slaughter and some examples are Nazi Germany, Soviet Russia, and Mao of Communist China.
It is unknown when the bills will be introduced by Bradley’s caucus but the plan for nullification of the NDAA and federal gun control laws is near. Citizens that live in North Carolina need to stand up and start shouting out past the North Carolina media blockade and against the NC Senate opponents that will do whatever it takes to stop nullification bills. Other states have passed NDAA nullification and even gun ban nullification bills in states such as Virginia, Michigan, passed committee in Wyoming and is awaiting vote in it’s state house, Arizona, and other states. Now is the time for North Carolina to stand up against the NDAA and gun control as one of the original thirteenth colony states that battled against Great Britain during the American Revolutionary war.
Here is a list of good state representatives that are on-board with Liberty and should be thanked personally through emails to their state offices.
Rep. Larry G. Pittman, Rep. Jeff Collins, Rep. Jonathan C. Jordan, and Rep. Bryan R. Holloway. You should even thank Former state rep Glen Bradley on his facebook profile.
