So, we’re supposed to believe that theater shooter James Holmes committed a mass shooting, a rampage that killed 12 people and left 58 wounded inside an Aurora, Colorado movie theater. walked calmly out to his vehicle and WAITED for police to arrive.
The first police officer to encounter alleged gunman James Holmes after the shooting massacre at an Aurora, Colo., movie theater initially thought he was a cop.
Aurora police officer Jason Oviatt said he thought the suspect was a member of law enforcement at the rear of the theater since he was wearing a military helmet and gas mask similar to what officers wear.
“When I first saw him, I thought he might be a police officer,” Oviatt said at a hearing for Holmes.
But Oviatt held him at gunpoint because he wasn’t acting like a police officer. Holmes was just standing at his white car with his hands on the roof, not doing anything.
“The overall picture didn’t match of him being a police officer as I got closer,” Oviatt said.
Officer Jason Oviatt recounted seeing “a trail of blood that led to the theater” as he first confronted Holmes, who was wearing a helmet and gas mask and “immediately put his hands up” when ordered to freeze and surrender.
After the Aurora officer handcuffed Holmes, he noticed a handgun on the roof of the car where his hands had been, he said. And as he grabbed Holmes by the arm to take him away, a magazine of ammunition fell to the ground, Oviatt said in the hearing.
When Oviatt asked Holmes how many weapons he had, Holmes responded: four.
We are supposed to believe he stood besides his vehicle with his hands on the roof (in an arrest me position) and calmly informed the office of his pistols (4) and the booby trapped apartment. A booby trap so intricately set it was unlike anything SWAT had ever seen before and had to bring in an expert. A trap that probably took hours to create without any foreknowledge of how to set the trap and he forewarns them of it? That he just “blurts it out”?
Officer Blue testified on Monday that just after Holmes surrendered to police at the theater, he blurted out that he also had booby-trapped his home with what Holmes called “improvised explosive devices.” When asked if it would explode, Oviatt said, “The suspect replied, ‘If you trip them.’ ”
Oviatt said Holmes was compliant and answered all his questions. He described him as relaxed. “In his case he was very, very relaxed,” Oviatt said. “He seemed very detached from it all.” He said Holmes said nothing and offered no resistance as he was handcuffed and taken into custody.
Oviatt and fellow Aurora officer Aaron Blue identified Holmes as the man they arrested at the car.
Blue helped with the initial arrest but then left to transport a victim who was shot in the head to the hospital.
Oviatt, upon cross examination by the defense, said he told officers at headquarters that Holmes was staring off in the distance and was not with it. “He was dripping with sweat and he smelled badly,” Oviatt said of Holmes.
We are expected to believe that because he fails an exam he spends the next 6 weeks planning a shooting, learning how to shoot with marksman skill, goes to see a movie dressed normally, props open an exit door to return within a short time in full swat gear carrying multiple weapons to commit this crime?
Police say Holmes, now 25, had stockpiled weapons, ammunition, explosives and body armor. He was a first-year student in a Ph.D. neuroscience program at the University of Colorado, Denver, but he failed a year-end exam and withdrew in June, authorities have said.
The shootings happened six weeks later.
Federal authorities have said Holmes entered the theater with a ticket and is believed to have propped open a door, slipped out to his car and returned with his weapons.
With all the facts and information sealed and witnesses under gag orders we will only hear what they want us to hear.
Then, we find out that James Holmes’ father and the father of the accused Newtown Shooter Adam Lanza are BOTH WITNESSES in the same global financial scandal (LIBOR) and that is a COINCIDENCE. Both men were to testify before the US Sentate in the ongoing LIBOR scandal. The London Interbank Offered Rate, known as Libor, is the average interest rate at which banks can borrow from each other. 16 international banks have been implicated in this ongoing scandal, accused of rigging contracts worth trillions of dollars. HSBC has already been fined $1.9 billion and three of their low level traders arrested.
And they wonder why the conspiracy theorists are going nuts over the story!
