China’s Defense Minister has implied that the U.S. is behind the cyber attacks on Chinese military computers.   He stated the cyber attacks are coming from U.S. IP addresses.   It was also implied the U.S. is creating their own cyber attacks for an increase in military and cyber security forces (internet control).

The military has been the target of a ”considerable number” of cyber attacksthe Defense Ministry said on Wednesday.

But he did not directly accuse the US government of being behind the attacks as IP addresses can be disguisedhe said.
