A Massachusetts man was arrested over the weekend and charged with lewdness for reportedly going through not one, but two, restaurant drive-ups naked.
Officers with the Westborough Police Department were called by Dunkin’ Donuts employees who reported what they believed to be a naked man behind the wheel of a car. He did however, have a jacket barely covering his lap.
After also going to nearby McDonald’s, 34-year-old Rosildo C. Santos Jr. was followed after an officer, who had gone to the restaurant for a cup of coffee, recognized his gray Toyota from the description given by the Dunkin’ Donuts employees. Santos was pulled over after going through the second drive-thru. The officer said Santos was completely naked when he approached the vehicle.
Police say Santos passed sobriety tests and is thought to have driven around naked simply for some kind of “self-gratification.”
He was charged with open and gross lewdness (gross indeed!) and ordered to stay away from the Dunkin’ Donuts. He is due back in court on April 3.
