Three
innocent people shot at by cops (so far) in LAPD manhunt; suspect still at large
Dorner contends he was
fired because he reported another cop for using excessive force. Dorner also
relates other incidents of white cops using the “N” word in his presence and
mistreating minorities.
The manifesto also
mentions at least 40 cops by name and threatens “unconventional and assymetrical
warfare against police.”
Two Asian women
delivering newspapers were shot by Torrance police this morning simply because
they were in a Nissan truck similar to that Dorner may have been driving.

lawmakers decided to table a vote on reparations for victims of forced
sterilizations in Virginia. Delegate Bob Marshall presented a bill last
week asking for one million dollars in damages for people who were sterilized
after being deemed physically or socially unfit by the state.
A spokesperson
for the victims believes the vote was tabled by the committee to keep them from
having to go on record with a negative vote. Tomorrow, Delegate Marshall
will make a final attempt for the victims by proposing a budget amendment
during the General Assembly session
The Florida
Highway Patrol has announced the roads it plans to target with driver license
and/or vehicle inspection checkpoints in February. FHP says the checkpoints

minutes or less.
