Michoacán media has disclosed that inhabitants of Felipe Carrillo Puerto ‘The Shawl’, in the municipality of Buenavista Tomatlan, have detained a group of 40 soldiers as a means of pressure to demand the release of 17 members of the ‘community watch’ of the town.
